DAY 1 – Friday: PARIS – CAIRO

  • Departure from Paris to Cairo
  •  Accueil à l'arrivée et assistance aux formalités d'entrées.

DAY 2 Saturday: Cairo

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Departure for the visit of Saqqara, an immense necropolis, stretches over 8 km long and 2 km wide. It is the richest known outside the Valleys of Kings and Queens. Its most famous monument is the Step Pyramid of King Djoser.
  •  Along the way, stop to visit the Papyri Institute.
  • .Lunch near the pyramids.
  • Discovery of the Giza plateau and the famous pyramids of: Cheops, KephrenMykerinosThe Sphinx (lion with the head of Pharaoh), enigmatic guardian of the tombs and the temple of the valley.
  • Dinner Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 3 Sunday: Cairo

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Departure for the VISIT OF THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF ANTIQUITIES WHOSE TREASURES RANGE FROM THE PREHISTORIC AGE TO THE ROMAN PERIOD, HOUSING MORE THAN 250,000 PIECES INCLUDING THE FABULOUS TREASURE OF TUTANKHAMUN. It is one of the largest museums in the world.
  • Lunch in town.
  • Then DISCOVERY OF ISLAMIC CAIRO and VISIT OF THE SUMPTUOUS CITADEL OF SALADIN including the Mosque of Mohamed Ali "Alabaster Mosque", Then free time in the souks of Khan El Khalil, a very colorful bazaar, dating from the 14th Century, return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.


DAY 4 Monday – Cairo

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Free day or
  • Possibility to visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) and Coptic Cairo: OPTIONAL
  • Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 5 Tuesday: CAIRO - ASWAN

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Flight to Aswan
  • Visit the Temple of Philae.
  • Transfer to your hotel.
  •  Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 6 Wednesday: Aswan Wednesday

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  •  A visit to Abu-Simbel An exceptional site, located 260 km south of Aswan, this great temple was saved by UNESCO in 1969. The Colossi of Rameses, the largest in Egypt, carved into the cliff dedicated to the most famous gods of Pharaonic Egypt AMON RE, RAMSES and PTAH. Interior visit and discovery of the ceilings and walls decorated with reliefs; Visit the nearby temple

DAY 7 Thursday – Kom Ombo – Edfu – Esna – Luxor

  • Breakfast
  •  Optional Explore a traditional village with colorful houses and meet its inhabitants. Here you can buy typical handicrafts, perfect as souvenirs.
  • Enjoy a tuk-tuk ride through the village, visit the local souk to discover spices and
  • authentic souvenirs, and admire the magnificent view of the Nile. Enjoy a traditional Egyptian lunch and soak up the
  • the unique atmosphere of Nubian culture.
  •  Then, sail to Kom Ombo.

  • On arrival, departure on foot (about 10 minutes) for the
  • visit the temple dedicated to the gods Sobeck and Haroeris.
  • Dinner on board and overnight sailing to Edfu.

DAY 8 Friday – Edfu - LOUXOR

  • Breakfast on board.
  • Departure by horse-drawn carriage for the visit of the
  • TEMPLE OF HORUS in Edfu
  • Sailing to Esna and passing through the lock.
  • Lunch on board and Sail to Luxor.
  • Departure for the site of Luxor, ancient Thebes, the city of a hundred gates of the God Amun, capital of Upper Egypt and of the entire country under the XVIIIth dynasty. The afternoon will be devoted to the VISIT OF ONE OF THE TWO
  • TEMPLES both world-famous dedicated to the god Amun-Ra, the master of the gods and Lord of the Theban triad: The Temple of Luxor Which was essentially the work of three great pharaohs: Amenophis III, Tutankhamun and Ramses II.
  • Dinner and overnight on board.

DAY 9 Saturday – Luxor- Cairo - PARIS

Optional: Hot air balloon flight in Luxor.

  • Departure for the site of Luxor, ancient Thebes, the city of a hundred gates of the God Amun, capital of Upper Egypt and of the entire country under the XVIIIth dynasty. The afternoon will be devoted to the VISIT OF THE OTHER TEMPLE:
  • The Temple of Karnak Whose name means fortress dates back to the Islamic conquest. Built by the pharaohs of the XIIth dynasty and then enlarged and embellished by the following ones.
  • Depending on the flight schedule, transfer to Luxor airport. Assistance with check-in and boarding formalities and flight to Cairo. .

Children Policy:

Maximum 2 children per room: either 2 children under 6 years old, 1 child under 6 years old and 1 child from 6 to 11.99 years old. Only one extra bed will be provided for a child aged 6 to 11.99 years.

Children 0 to 5.99 years old:

Free, sharing parents' bed, no extra bed.

Children 6 to 11.99 years old:

Benefit from a 50% discount on the adult rate, with an extra bed (15).

2 children from 6 to 11.99 years old:

Will be charged as an adult.

NOTE :

N.B: The order of the visits may be modified due to local imperatives (navigation time, passage of locks, difficult road traffic in Cairo, influx of tourists on the sites...).

Payment Policy:

  • As soon as our offer is confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be required to secure space and rates.
  • A second payment of 30% will be required 3 months prior to arrival.
  • The remaining balance of 40% will be requested 1 month before

Cancellation Policy:

  • If cancelled between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival, a penalty of 25% of the total amount will be charged.
  • If cancelled between 30 and 21 days prior to arrival, a penalty of 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • If cancelled between 20 and 7 days before arrival, a penalty of 75% of the total amount will be charged. -In case of force majeure, a deduction of 10% of the total amount will be applied.

Notes:

  • Any government-imposed increases in flight prices, entry visas, transportation, taxes and entry fees will be added to the fees.
  • The itinerary is subject to change depending on navigation restrictions and safety conditions.
  • All hotel spaces and domestic flights are not confirmed until we receive your final confirmation.
